SLB Billing Service

We have set up a provider account with SLB Billing Services, which specializes in submitting insurance claims for reimbursement of midwifery and homebirth services. This service is optional and for your convenience. 

The fee for service, if you choose to utilize it, is not included in the Global Fee for care. Instead, you will work directly with SLB to bill your insurance. You can also submit claims yourself if you are comfortable. If you choose to have SLB Service submit claims on your behalf, you will still need to pay the total midwifery fee by 36 weeks of pregnancy.
